Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services and APIs

• Build reliable data models, integrations, and internal tools

• Improve system scalability, performance, and observability

• Write automated tests and maintain high code quality

• Debug production issues and contribute to incident resolution

• Collaborate with frontend, AI, data, and product teams

Qualification

Required

• Recent graduate or graduating soon in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or a similar language

• Understanding of databases, APIs, networking, and backend fundamentals

• Familiarity with Git, testing, and software development workflows

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work remotely

Preferred

• Experience with FastAPI, Django, Node.js, Java Spring, or similar frameworks

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, or cloud platforms

• Understanding of distributed systems, queues, or asynchronous processing

• Interest in AI infrastructure and developer tools
