We are looking to build a dedicated Doxis Development & Platform Team of approximately 5–10 experienced Doxis professionals to support the long-term development and operation of a complex enterprise content management and workflow environment.
The project offers a long-term team assignment with a strong focus on Doxis development, application integration, digital workflows, and platform services. The team will work almost entirely remotely, with only a few planned on-site meetings each year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex applications, modules, and digital workflows within the Doxis environment
- Further develop and enhance existing and new Doxis applications and business processes
- Implement solutions for document management, electronic archiving, and authorization management
- Integrate third-party systems and automate business processes
- Develop and enhance reporting, search, and notification functionality
- Provide complementary application operations and 3rd-level support
- Define and implement technical standards, blueprints, and design patterns
- Ensure high standards of code quality, documentation, maintainability, and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate closely with project management, technical stakeholders, and other development teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven project experience with Doxis, particularly winCube, webCube, and the blueline API
- Strong Java development skills, ideally with Spring Boot
- Experience with Angular and TypeScript
- Practical experience developing and integrating REST and SOAP interfaces
- Basic knowledge of Linux and experience with PowerShell and/or shell scripting
- Experience with Git version control
- Experience with Docker and containerization
- Experience with WinWrap Basic and/or VBA
Desirable Experience:
- Project experience with ECM (Enterprise Content Management) and workflow systems
- Practical experience with one or more of the following:
- Jira
- Bitbucket
- Confluence
- Jenkins
- Windows Server
- Microsoft Azure
- ELK Stack
