Are you a hands-on, technically excellent developer who's ready to also architect what comes next? TechnoSharp Solutions — a proven technology consultancy with over a decade of experience delivering mobile apps, websites, and AI-powered solutions across the European market. We're looking for a Full Stack Developer & AI Architect to own our technology delivery and lead the build of our client-facing AI platform.

You'll play a key role in designing and building end-to-end solutions, while also shaping the architecture behind our newest product: an AI platform that lets clients configure their own AI agents, automated workflows, and data pipelines.

•     Own the technical delivery of TechnoSharp's client engagements, from architecture through to shipped product.

•     Design, build, and maintain web and mobile applications end-to-end.

•     Architect and build our client-facing AI platform — agents, automated workflows, and data pipelines.

•     Implement strong automated testing practices across projects.

•     Act as technical lead on AI-related engagements, and mentor the team as it grows.

•     10+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

•     Strong proficiency in React/TypeScript, plus backend experience in Python, TypeScript, or Java/Kotlin.

•     Proven experience designing and building AI agent platforms, data pipelines, or workflow orchestration tools.

•     Working knowledge of software testing principles and automated testing.

•     Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas clearly.

•     Based in Canada, legally authorised to work full-time.

•     Experience with knowledge graphs, vector databases, or agentic memory and retrieval architectures.

•     Background in test automation frameworks or QA/SDET experience.

•     Experience delivering for financial services or other regulated-industry clients.

CAD $114,000–$130,000/year, based on experience. Remote, based anywhere in Canada.
