Junior Full Stack Web Developer | Irvine, CA

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing technology team at a dynamic life sciences company based in Irvine, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build real-world experience working across both front-end and back-end development in a collaborative, product-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and IT
• Troubleshoot, test, and debug applications to ensure optimal performance
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from planning through deployment
• Support and enhance existing web platforms and internal tools
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices

What We're Looking For

• Experience or coursework in full-stack web development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one back-end language (PHP, Python, Node.js, etc.)
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Laravel
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (MySQL or similar)
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Shopify site development, preferably in headless architecture.
• Experience with content management systems such as Sanity.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with AWS services such as S3, SQS, API Gateway, Lambda, etc.
