This role involves identifying strategic technical and product opportunities, leading impactful projects across multiple products and stacks, and setting engineering standards and best practices. You will tackle complex technical challenges with autonomy, contributing to high-scale, user-centric solutions that positively impact users’ lives. The role offers flexibility to operate as an individual contributor or team leader, with opportunities to mentor and up-level engineering talent.

Qualifications Include

• 10+ years of full-stack software experience at scale
• 3+ years leading and managing engineering teams
• Proficiency in at least one backend and frontend language, with willingness to learn Python and JavaScript
• Startup experience with the ability to work independently amidst ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
