Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

A well-funded, growth-stage healthcare technology organization is hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale a modern platform supporting complex, high-volume workflows in a regulated environment.
This role blends hands-on engineering with technical ownership. You'll work across the stack to design, develop, and deploy production-grade features while collaborating closely with product, design, and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Own features end-to-end, from design through deployment and iteration.
  
• Build scalable web applications using modern backend and frontend technologies.
  
• Contribute to system architecture, performance optimization, and reliability.
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Implement testing strategies and contribute to CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
  

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
  
• Strong full-stack experience with Python (or similar backend language) and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  
• Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or equivalent).
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or similar) and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
  
• Experience working in Agile environments with strong ownership and communication skills.
  
• Background in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries is a plus.
  

Compensation

• Base salary: $200,000
  
• Additional compensation may include bonus and/or equity
