Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work in a full-time remote capacity, building and maintaining core product features across the front-end and back-end of SnazzyPro’s platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable web applications, integrating APIs and data sources, and ensuring smooth performance for features such as personalized dashboards, CRM workflows, and portfolio websites. The engineer will collaborate with product and design teams to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces, while maintaining secure, reliable server-side logic and databases. This role also involves code reviews, testing, troubleshooting production issues, and improving development processes to support rapid feature delivery. The engineer is expected to write clean, maintainable code, document technical decisions, and contribute to architectural discussions.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Proficiency in back-end web development, including building APIs, managing databases, and ensuring application security and performance.
• Hands-on experience with full-stack development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive, user-facing products.
• Solid foundation in general software development principles, including version control, testing, debugging, and code optimization.
• Experience with cloud-based environments, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with building SaaS products, CRM systems, or job search platforms is a plus.
