This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide.

• Backend and frontend development of a buying solution within the Tech Supply organization, automating and optimizing end-to-end purchasing and article onboarding workflows on a modern, Kubernetes-based tech stack.
• Design, develop, and maintain the backend of the buying solution using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop frontend features using Vue.js
• Collaborate closely with product teams and cross-functional tech and supply teams (Buying, Business Intelligence), ensuring short release cycles
• Contribute to software design and architecture decisions, ensuring a resilient and scalable solution
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka) and distributed systems
• Frontend development experience with Vue.js or other frameworks
• Experience across the full development lifecycle: unit, integration, and functional testing; CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab); application tuning, profiling, and monitoring (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Cloud infrastructure and container orchestration experience, especially Kubernetes
• Strong expertise in relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
• Fluent English (primary working language)
