Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Development role based in Voat Phnum. The Web Developer will design, build, and maintain responsive websites and web applications, collaborating with designers and other developers to implement user-friendly interfaces. Daily responsibilities include developing front-end components, integrating back-end services and APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, testing new features, and participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and security. The Web Developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business and user needs.
Qualifications

• Strong front-end skills, including Front-End Development and Web Design, with experience in modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, working with server-side languages, databases, and APIs to support robust web applications.
• Solid Web Development fundamentals, including responsive design, performance optimization, and basic security best practices.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly document technical work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows.
• Ability to work on-site in Voat Phnum, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with UX principles and accessibility standards, and prior experience in similar web development roles is beneficial.
