Role Description This full-time hybrid role for a Fullstack Engineer (ReactJS - NodeJS) is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Fullstack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS on the front end and NodeJS on the back end, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. Daily responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, managing data flow between client and server, and collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers. The role also involves writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of development practices. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets business and user requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including ReactJS and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including NodeJS and RESTful API design.
• Candidates should possess experience in Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive applications.
• Candidates should possess Software Development fundamentals, such as version control (Git), testing, debugging, and code optimization.
• Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, relational or NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, collaborative communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a hybrid environment are required.
