Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled JavaScript Developer to join our development team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving web applications and interactive features using JavaScript and modern development technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using JavaScript and related technologies.
• Build interactive and responsive user interfaces for web-based platforms.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following development best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, backend engineers, designers, and product teams.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into web applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and technical issues.
• Optimize application performance, functionality, and browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
• Assist with developing new features and enhancing existing applications.
• Maintain technical documentation and development records.
• Use version control tools such as Git to manage code changes.
• Stay updated on JavaScript frameworks, libraries, and modern web development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript features and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks or libraries such as React, Vue.js, or Angular is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to learn new technologies.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, automated testing, or database integration is a plus.
