About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic development team. This pivotal role involves contributing to the development and enhancement of our bespoke IT system, Evolve, which supports our award-winning accident repair network. The successful candidate will report directly to the Development Team Manager and will play a fundamental role in our growth and success by helping to build the next generation of data analysis tools and infrastructure. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Develop new products and features end-to-end using C#, .NET, Angular, Entity Framework, and Azure DevOps, ensuring they meet quality standards and user requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal development teams and external partners to align project goals, share knowledge, and optimize system integration.
- Enhance the efficiency and capabilities of Solus by continuously improving our cloud-hosted software, Evolve, and related infrastructure.
- Build and maintain robust APIs, web applications, mobile apps, and backend systems within the Azure environment.
- Provide technical guidance on Evolve’s design, UI/UX, and overall system architecture, ensuring usability and performance standards are met.
- Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, while adhering to policies and best practices.
- Identify and resolve delivery impediments by collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders, maintaining project momentum.
