2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Engineer role within the incubation team involves full-stack software development and maintenance throughout the software lifecycle. This position offers autonomy and requires collaboration with senior leaders and experts to deliver solutions that enhance educational technology products. The role contributes by developing features that support educators and students, adapting to changing priorities, and directly influencing product and technical direction.

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain features across the software development lifecycle.

• Work as a full-stack developer with opportunities to learn and apply new technologies.

• Collaborate with senior leaders, engineers, subject matter experts, and support personnel.

• Operate with considerable autonomy in a small, agile team.

• Adapt to shifting priorities and mutable requirements.

4. Requirements:

• BA/BS degree preferred.

• Prior experience as a senior-level software developer or engineer.

• Full-stack development expertise.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Ability to work remotely with hours aligned to US time zones (UTC -5/-8).

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: 104K - 155K annually.
