About The Role

This role partners within a team environment to design, develop, test, and support automation, account-domain services, and cloud-based data platforms of moderate to high complexity. The Software Developer II will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing account and customer domain functions, enabling data reliability, automation, and AI-ready data pipelines that support enterprise modernization initiatives.

This position is a critical backfill supporting modernization, cloud data migration, and operational stability across North American business systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development, particularly in automation and cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of database management and data pipeline development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise modernization projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software solutions and automation tools supporting data-driven subject domains, including account and customer domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Support cloud migration initiatives by developing and optimizing data pipelines and automation workflows.
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance, reliability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
  • Assist in the deployment and integration of new systems and features.
  • Support operational stability and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
