We are looking for a motivated Computer Science graduate or junior software engineer to join a growing technology company focused on digital content protection and online investigations.


This is an opportunity to work on real-world systems that help protect films, TV content, and digital media from online piracy, leaks, and copyright infringement across websites, social media platforms, and search engines.


The role is fully remote with flexible working hours and is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, automation, scraping, backend systems, and cybersecurity-related work.

£30,000 – £34,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Python-based automation and scraping systems
  • Work with large datasets and online monitoring tools
  • Assist with backend infrastructure and platform improvements
  • Build and improve detection systems for online infringements
  • Work with APIs, databases, and distributed systems
  • Support ongoing development of internal tools and dashboards
  • Help investigate and analyse online piracy activity


Desired Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Strong Python skills
  • Understanding of web scraping and automation
  • Familiarity with SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL
  • Basic Linux command line knowledge
  • Understanding of APIs and JSON
  • Interest in cybersecurity, investigations, or OSINT
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Able to work independently remotely
