Fullstack Engineer


Job Description:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance frontend and backend applications based on business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable RESTful APIs.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, user-friendly web applications.
  • Manage and optimize relational and non-relational databases.
  • Integrate applications with internal systems and third-party services.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
  • Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, and Engineering teams throughout the development process.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.
  • Support application deployment, monitoring, and technical documentation.


Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer or similar role.
  • Proficient in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Familiar with Git, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and API integration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless architecture is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, Lovable, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
