Qadar AI is in the company-building stage. There is no legacy codebase to untangle and no ticket factory: you ship production features across Shield Control, Shield Web, and the supporting API layers, working directly with the security and product leads.

What you'll own

• You ship production features across Shield Control, Shield Web, and supporting API layers.
• You own frontend and backend quality for admin workflows, policy configuration, audit views, and deployment tooling.
• You collaborate with security and product leads to turn enforcement logic into clean, trustworthy user experiences.
• You keep the platform fast and reliable — performance and polish are features, not afterthoughts.
• You help set the engineering culture: code review standards, tooling choices, and how quality is defined here.
