About the Role

LAHZO is seeking a Full Stack Staff Engineer to design and build scalable applications across the entire technology stack. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, covering server-side logic, database design, and responsive front-end development.

You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop high-performance applications and new product experiences. The position also involves mentoring developers, strengthening engineering practices, and contributing to technical and product direction as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable systems across the front end, back end, and database layers
• Develop server-side logic and responsive user interfaces for data-driven applications
• Build and architect solutions using TypeScript, SQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Apply software design patterns and sound system architecture principles
• Design and implement APIs that support reliable, maintainable applications
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and containerization technologies
• Mentor developers and promote code quality and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new product experiences
• Contribute to technical decisions and team direction through strategic thinking and continuous learning
• Maintain clean, maintainable code and support quality through automated testing

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in full-stack development
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, API design, and system architecture
• Experience with at least one cloud platform, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Experience with containerization technologies
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior developers
• Commitment to clean, maintainable code and automated testing

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $160,000–$210,000
