We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Web Developer who owns the web platform end-to-end — from crafting pixel-perfect, high-performance front-end interfaces to designing robust, scalable server-side systems. This is a web-focused role: you live in the browser as much as the backend, and you care deeply about load times, accessibility, SEO, and the experience users actually have when they open their browser.
What You'll Own
Architect and build high-performance webapplications with a focus on Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and SEO best practices.
Lead front-end architecture decisions — component design systems, rendering strategies, state management, and bundle optimization.
Design and implement scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs that power both the web platform and future client integrations.
Own the full web delivery pipeline — from local development to staging, CDN configuration, and production deployment.
Drive web performance improvements: code splitting, lazy loading, caching strategies, and image optimization.
Establish and enforce front-end standards: testing coverage, accessibility audits, code review practices, and documentation.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement interfaces that are both visually faithful and technically sound.
Mentor junior and mid-level web developers and elevate the team's overall craft.
Requirements
6+ years of professional experience building and shipping webapplications — specifically targeting browsers, not native platforms.
Expert-level React and TypeScript skills, including advanced patterns like compound components, render props, and custom hooks.
Deep familiarity with Next.js rendering modes (SSR, SSG, ISR) and when to apply each.
Strong backend proficiency: building APIs, managing authentication flows, and designing data models.
Proven track record optimizing Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) in production webapplications.
Solid understanding of browser internals — the critical rendering path, event loop, memory management, and caching mechanisms.
Experience with relational databases, query optimization, and writing migrations safely in live environments.
