We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join an AI-powered coaching platform in the healthcare domain.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Develop user-facing features with React and TypeScript
• Work with PostgreSQL and pgvector to support application and AI-related use cases
• Integrate AI, voice, and third-party services into the platform
• Collaborate with the team on architecture, implementation, testing, and production delivery
  
  

Requirements

• Strong backend development experience with Python and FastAPI
• Strong frontend development experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience with modern frontend tooling and UI libraries, including Vite, Tailwind CSS, and Radix UI
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, preferably Amazon RDS
• Hands-on experience with pgvector for vector storage and similarity search
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience integrating LLMs, particularly Claude via the Messages API; experience with AWS Bedrock is a plus
• Experience working with embedding models, such as Voyage AI or OpenAI text-embedding-3
• Experience integrating speech-to-text solutions such as Deepgram
• Experience integrating text-to-speech solutions such as ElevenLabs
• Familiarity with AI avatar platforms such as HeyGen or Tavus
• Experience implementing authentication flows, including custom authentication solutions and pylti1p3 / LTI 1.3; familiarity with Amazon Cognito is a plus
• Experience with Stripe integrations for billing and payments
• Experience building asynchronous job processing using Amazon SQS and worker services
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including ECS Fargate, RDS, S3, CloudFront, KMS, and Secrets Manager
• Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Sentry, and Langfuse
• Experience with automated testing using pytest and Playwright
