Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of high-quality software solutions from ground up, as well as the implementation of new features in existing systems.
• Collaboration and direct communication with stakeholders, assesment of clients technical potential and requirements, and responsibilities related to the specification, analysis, and design of software solutions.
• Technical consulting and advisory on complex technical issues.
• Lead an agile team and ensure effective collaboration within the team.
  
  

Requirements

• Multiple years of professional experience as software developer (min. 5), as well as experience in team leadership.
• Extensive experience and excellent knowledge working with high level programming languages such as Java (preferred), JavaScript, Kotlin or C# in web application development.
• Excellent knowledge and long-term experience with at least one SPA framework (React/Vue/Angular).
• Experience working with modern frameworks, tools, and agile development processes, including:
• Spring/Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, JUnit, RESTful Services
• DevOps practices (Jenkins), Maven, Git
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (modeling, SQL).
• Familiarity with technologies such as Apache Camel, message broker systems (e.g.,
• RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka), authentication mechanisms (OAuth or Keycloak),
• containerization (Docker).
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, with a team player mindset.
