• Write clean, well-tested code (PHPUnit / E2E)

• Improve performance across database and browser

• Tackle tech debt thoughtfully, without over-engineering

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based environments

• Work within a regulated industry environment

• Small, collaborative team with shared ownership

• Lightweight processes, fast iteration, automated deployments

Docker, GitHub Actions (CI/CD)

• Playwright, PHPUnit, PHPStan

• AWS, Sentry, Cloudflare + third-party integrations

What We’re Looking For

• Solid Laravel experience

• Strong SQL fundamentals and performance awareness

Frontend sensibility (responsive + accessible design)

Testing mindset and attention to quality

• Clear communicator who thrives in a small team

• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving

Nice to Have

• Alpine.js or similar frameworks

Docker & CI/CD pipelines

• Queue systems, Redis

• Experience in regulated environments

• Interest in using AI tools to improve development workflows

If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership, ship meaningful improvements, and work with a modern Laravel stack in a supportive team — we’d love to hear from you.
