About The Role

Patriot Mobile is seeking a talented and experienced .NET Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic technology team in Grapevine, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a robust skill set in Node.js, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, and Azure cloud services. This role involves analyzing, developing, deploying, and maintaining multiple web applications primarily hosted on Azure. The successful engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-centric solutions. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to Patriot Mobile’s mission by building innovative digital solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a passion for staying updated with the latest technological advancements, and a commitment to code quality and best practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from a regionally accredited institution. A minimum of three years of professional experience in developing modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible websites is essential. Proven expertise in HTML5, PostgreSQL, and Azure hosting is highly preferred. Experience with React, Next.js, Typescript, and Payload CMS will be considered advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to write high-quality, scalable, and reusable code, and a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles. Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure PostgreSQL Database is required. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze complex solutions quickly, and a proactive mindset to support Patriot Mobile’s mission and technological growth.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain web applications utilizing Node.js, React, and related technologies, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL and other Azure-compatible databases to support application needs. Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, providing input on UI/UX design and functionality. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance. Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code while conducting thorough unit testing and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Troubleshoot and debug issues promptly, optimizing application performance and user experience. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve system performance, security, and scalability. Gather technical specifications and refine them based on user experience considerations, ensuring solutions meet both functional and aesthetic objectives.
