About This Role

You'll be embedded across Syntree's ventures and client engagements — building real systems that go to production. This isn't a ticket-grinding role. You'll have context, ownership, and the expectation that you think about what you're building, not just how.

What you'll do

• Build and ship features across NestJS + Next.js codebases
• Write strict TypeScript — no any, no shortcuts
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
• Work across multiple products and client projects
  
  

What we're looking for

• Strong NestJS and Next.js — you've shipped production systems
• TypeScript strictness is a default, not an afterthought
• You write tests because you care, not because you're told to
• PostgreSQL and Prisma comfortable
• You can work independently and manage your own time
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/LLM integrations
• Familiarity with pnpm monorepos
• Experience working across multiple client projects
