Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design and recommend effective software solutions.
• Develop new features and enhance existing applications in a secure, scalable, well-tested, and high-performing manner.
• Analyze and interpret complex data and software to arrive at actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Provide engineering estimates.
• Learn and adapt quickly to troubleshoot / debug new areas and services within the product line.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following established development standards and best practices for highly performant web applications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, reliability, and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Ensure applications meet security, performance, and scalability requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Use Agile development tools to track and communicate project progress.
• Stay up to date on the latest information technologies and emerging trends, and applications in the company.
• Work non-standard business hours to attend meetings and provide support via text/phone/email in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Represent ADTRAV by embracing company values and fostering positive working relationships with employees, clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of related experience developing high quality production quality code.
• Deep understanding of C#.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, MVC and/or Blazor.
• Experience developing and debugging web applications.
• Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud services.
• Experience in creating database objects, writing queries in T-SQL, and writing stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Unit Testing or Test-Driven Development is a plus.
• Experience in a SaaS or Microservice environment is a plus.
• Experience working with ORMs, preferably Entity Framework.
• Experience with Monitoring and Telemetry tools/data to pro-actively understand and resolve issues.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment Tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Ability to estimate the work required and deliver the project on schedule as estimated.
• Ability to learn ADTRAV’s business and products quickly and adapt to a dynamic development environment.
• Experience with source control such as Git or TFS.
• Experience with issue tracking systems such as Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including strong business writing abilities.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to research issues and recommend solutions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

The salary range for this position is $125,000-137,000 a year but consideration may be given outside of this range. Pay is based on experience with the role and with the required applications/technologies.
