Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers in a full-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, managing data flows, and ensuring application performance, security, and reliability. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver features on schedule. The Full Stack Engineer will participate in code reviews, write tests, document technical decisions, and contribute to ongoing improvements in development processes and architecture. This position is suited for someone comfortable owning features from concept to deployment in a remote, distributed team environment.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, covering application design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Strong experience in Front-End Development with modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
• Solid background in Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, data modeling, and integration with databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of web application security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture patterns.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing is beneficial.
