Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, secure APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and webhooks) for internal and external system integrations.

• Build and support integration flows, mediation logic, and connectors, primarily on WSO2 Integrator, API Manager, and IAM (or equivalent API gateway platforms).

• Develop backend services and microservices using Java, Python, and/or JavaScript, with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, FastAPI, or Node.js/Express.

• Implement authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, SAML) and enforce API security best practices.

• Design and optimize data models and integrations with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents across the integration layer.

• Customize and extend developer portals and client-facing UIs, primarily using ReactJS, in response to client branding and workflow requirements.

• Build responsive, accessible front-end components that consume backend APIs cleanly and securely.

• Collaborate with UX/design and client stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, well-tested interfaces.

Delivery, Quality & Documentation

• Support versioning, monitoring, logging, and lifecycle management of APIs and integration artifacts.

• Maintain and update technical documentation, API specifications (OpenAPI/Swagger), and integration runbooks.

• Participate in code reviews, automated and manual testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high quality, reliable releases.

• Collaborate with product, architecture, and partner teams (including OEM partners) to scope integration requirements and delivery timelines.
