2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack role is centered on advancing clinical AI applications used in hospital systems nationwide. This position involves developing user-facing products that improve clinical note capture, diagnosis refinement, and content generation. The role is critical in delivering well-designed software that meets complex healthcare requirements, working closely with product managers and experts to build manageable and impactful systems.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and launch new multi-product features
• Build reusable, responsive, and accessible frontend components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and iterate on solutions
• Ensure patient privacy and security through secure coding practices
• Research and promote improved techniques and processes
• Support applications in production

4. Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on user-facing solutions
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and React
• Experience with systems using large language models (LLMs)
• Familiarity with Postgres or similar relational databases
• Experience managing web applications end-to-end from requirements to delivery
• Ability to work with product managers to plan and iterate deliverables
• Experience in security-conscious environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $190K to $230K base salary
