Role Description The Full-Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications that support our AI and data-driven solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and integrating front-end interfaces and back-end services, implementing APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring application reliability and security. The role involves collaborating with data scientists, strategists to translate business requirements into technical solutions, reviewing code, and contributing to architectural decisions. The developer will also participate in testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of our development practices and toolsets. This is a full-time remote role, offering flexibility while requiring proactive communication, accountability, and effective collaboration in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Node.js, React, etc..
• Proficiency in back-end web development, including building APIs, working with databases, and integrating services.
• Experience in software development and full-stack development, with the ability to work across the entire application lifecycle.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with familiarity in version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of web security, performance optimization, and cloud-based deployment environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical implementations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with AI-powered applications is a plus.
