Luniko is growing, and we're looking for another Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team.

We build software and AI systems for real operational problems, including work in aerospace and manufacturing. Our engineers work closely with clients, analysts, and each other to take problems from an idea to something running in production.

We're a small team, so this isn't a role where you'll spend six months working on one isolated component. Our engineers are full stack, with different areas of specialization, and you'll have the opportunity to work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, integrations, and occasionally mobile.

You do not need experience with everything below. We're more interested in strong engineers who can learn quickly, build good software, and take ownership of what they work on.


What you will work on.


  • Build and ship production web applications using React and TypeScript
  • Design and implement backend services and APIs
  • Work with MongoDB and other application data sources
  • Integrate third-party systems through REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Build internal tools and client-facing applications
  • Deploy and operate applications in AWS
  • Debug issues across the stack, from the browser to the database to cloud infrastructure
  • Work directly with other engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into working software
  • Use AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex as part of your development workflow
  • Contribute to architecture and technical decisions as our products and team grow

We're looking for engineers who know how to use these tools to move faster without outsourcing their judgment to them.


What we are looking for.

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Have professional experience building and shipping software
  • Are strong in JavaScript/TypeScript and comfortable working across a full-stack application
  • Have experience with React or a similar frontend framework
  • Understand APIs, databases, authentication, and the fundamentals of modern web applications
  • Can take ownership of a problem instead of waiting for perfectly defined requirements
  • Are comfortable learning technologies you haven't worked with before
  • Care about shipping useful software, not just writing code
  • Can communicate technical ideas clearly with both technical and non-technical people
  • Enjoy working on a small team where your decisions have a visible impact

Nice to Have

None of these are requirements, but we'd be especially interested if you have experience with:

  • AWS and serverless infrastructure
  • React Native or native mobile development
  • Enterprise software integrations
  • Manufacturing, aerospace, ERP, or operational systems
  • AI/LLM applications or agentic workflows
  • Consulting or working directly with clients

Maybe you're exceptional at frontend and product experiences. Maybe backend architecture is your thing. Maybe you know AWS inside out. Maybe you've built mobile apps, AI systems, developer tooling, or integrations with messy enterprise software.
