To support our rapid growth we are looking for a a Frontend Web Infrastructure Engineer to build and maintain the foundation that enables product teams to ship reliable, performant, and scalable web applications. Unlike feature-focused frontend engineers, this role is responsible for the platform, tooling, architecture, developer experience, and operational excellence behind every web application. Your work will impact every engineer and every user.

• Partner with product teams to solve platform problems
• Support engineering teams during migrations
• Write documentation and engineering playbooks
• Mentor engineers on frontend architecture and best practices
What We're Looking For:
• Strong experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of browser internals and the web platform
• Experience with modern bundlers (Rspack, Vite, Webpack, Turbopack, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript performance optimization
• Experience designing reusable frontend architecture
• Experience improving developer experience and engineering productivity
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
• Experience with Next.js
• Experience building internal developer platforms
• Experience with monorepos (Nx, Turborepo, pnpm Workspaces)
• Experience with design systems or component libraries
• Experience with OpenTelemetry or frontend observability
• Experience with feature flag platforms
• Experience with CDN, caching, and edge computing
• Experience with micro-frontends or module federation
• Experience contributing to open-source projects
