Software Engineer - Web Applications & Platform Integration

We're looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer to help build and scale the digital ecosystem behind Ranch Power. This role is ideal for someone with strong full-stack development experience, a deep understanding of modern web infrastructure, and, ideally, previous experience working at or closely with Meta. Existing relationships or connections within Meta are considered a significant asset.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications and internal software platforms.
- Build scalable, secure, and testable code for customer-facing and internal business systems.
- Develop and maintain our website, web applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead development of our internal business ecosystem, including CRM, sales tools, inventory management, retailer portals, and logistics applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize existing software and web applications.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve software bugs and performance issues.
- Work with Cloudflare and modern cloud infrastructure to optimize security, speed, uptime, and scalability.
- Collaborate with leadership to turn business ideas into practical software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong experience with Visual Studio, Visual Basic/.NET, C#, SQL, relational databases, and modern web development technologies.
- Experience developing scalable web applications, APIs, and cloud-based software.
- Experience with Cloudflare, web security, DNS, CDN configuration, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, version control, and deployment pipelines.
- Previous experience working at Meta or building software that integrates with Meta platforms is highly desirable.
- Existing professional relationships or engineering contacts within Meta are considered a major asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
