We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Python Developer who can build and maintain modern applications across the full technology stack. The role involves working with Python/Django on the backend and React.js/Next.js on the frontend, along with opportunities to contribute to projects involving Machine Learning (ML), AI-powered tools, APIs, and data processing.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and can build efficient, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested software.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack features using Python/Django and React.js/Next.js.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services and frontend applications.
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and testable code.
• Collaborate with team members using Git, following established branching conventions, pull request workflows, and code review practices.
• Set up, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable and automated deployments.
• Integrate applications with third-party APIs, external services, and AI-powered tools.
• Build and optimize data pipelines, automation scripts, and Machine Learning models where required.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and technical discussions.
• Identify application performance bottlenecks and proactively recommend and implement improvements.
• Support junior developers through mentoring, knowledge sharing, code reviews, and pair programming.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, tools, and best practices within the Python and modern web development ecosystem.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in Python/Django.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and React.js.
• Practical experience with Next.js, including SSR, SSG, and API routes.
• Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with Git workflows and version control best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, or equivalent solutions.
• Ability to use AI-assisted development tools effectively and responsibly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating within a development team.
• Basic project management skills, including the ability to estimate tasks, prioritize work, manage deadlines, and communicate blockers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and Linux environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar services.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience designing and documenting REST APIs.
• Familiarity with API development and documentation tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure management.
• Experience or interest in Machine Learning, AI integration, and data processing workflows.
