Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Mazar i Sharif. The developer will design, build, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end, ensuring responsive user interfaces and robust server-side logic. Responsibilities include writing clean, well-documented code, integrating databases and APIs, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves collaborating with designers and other developers, participating in code reviews, and contributing to deployment and maintenance activities. The developer will work closely with project stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and support ongoing improvements to existing systems.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, including experience working across the entire application lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, with hands-on experience in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building responsive interfaces.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and integration with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with familiarity in debugging and performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Mazar i Sharif.
• Experience with modern frameworks or libraries (such as React, Angular, Node.js, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong Knowledge of VPS Server, Hosting & DNS Management.
