From intake, caregiver recruiting, and geofenced Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) to custom e-signing, X12 837P insurance claims billing, family portals, and Tuni—our built-in, role-scoped AI operations agent—every part of an agency runs under one HIPAA- and PIPEDA-compliant roof.

We are looking for a product-minded Full Stack Developer to take end-to-end ownership of core platform features and help scale our clinical AI and RAG infrastructure.

What you will do

• Core Workspace & Workflows (React & Node.js): Build fast, intuitive interfaces and backend services for real-time shift scheduling, drag-and-drop document e-signing, claims scrubbing, and unified telephony/SMS (Twilio, Aircall) and payment flows (Stripe, Plaid).
• Tuni — Embedded Agentic AI & RAG: Architect and refine the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and LLM orchestration layer behind Tuni. You will build systems that ingest schedules, clinical charts, call transcripts, and help docs to generate cited answers, morning triage briefings, natural-language reports, and human-in-the-loop automated actions.
• Multi-Tenant SQL & Security Boundaries: Design high-performance relational SQL schemas and queries with strict row-level tenant isolation, ensuring that every UI view, report, and RAG retrieval strictly respects role-based permissions, patient access restrictions, and append-only audit logs.
• Cloud & AI Infrastructure (AWS): Deploy, monitor, and scale resilient infrastructure on AWS—including per-tenant KMS encryption, CI-enforced PHI routing, AWS Bedrock integrations, and our upcoming self-hosted GPU inference pipelines for proprietary clinical speech and language models.

What We Are Looking For

• Full-Stack Mastery: Strong production experience with React (modern hooks, state management, complex interactive UIs like calendars and data grids) and Node.js (REST/streaming APIs, asynchronous job queues, webhook processing), ideally in TypeScript.
• Deep Relational SQL Skills: Proven ability to model complex relational data, optimize slow queries, manage migrations safely, and implement database-level security (such as Row-Level Security / RLS) where data isolation is non-negotiable.
• Applied LLM & RAG Experience: Hands-on experience building production AI features beyond simple prompt wrappers—including vector/hybrid search, chunking strategies for structured and unstructured data, tool/function calling, citation grounding, streaming responses, and prompt injection/PHI guardrails.
• AWS Cloud Proficiency: Practical experience building and deploying on AWS (e.g., ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, KMS, IAM, CloudWatch, or Bedrock) with a strong grasp of security best practices.
• High Ownership & Product Empathy: You care deeply about user experience. Our standard is that an agency office manager should be productive in their first hour without a manual. You write clean, maintainable code and can take a feature from a rough problem statement all the way to production.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

• Experience with healthcare compliance and standards (HIPAA, PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25, BAA boundaries, EVV, or X12 EDI transactions like 837P/835/270/271).
• Experience with self-hosted AI/ML inference (NVIDIA GPUs, TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server, vLLM, or Whisper/ASR pipelines).
• Experience building native bilingual (English/French) applications where localization follows the individual user across UI, emails, SMS, and generated PDFs.
• Prior experience integrating Stripe, Plaid, Twilio, Aircall, or payroll APIs (QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP, Paychex).
