About The Role

The role is responsible for building and scaling user-facing products and the robust services that power them, bridging the gap between elegant frontend interfaces and highly performant backend architectures.

The engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and infrastructure teams to design, develop, and deploy features that handle high-volume user interactions with minimal latency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern state management libraries.
• Develop scalable, secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js or Python to support frontend application requirements.
• Optimize application performance across the stack, implementing caching strategies with Redis and optimizing SQL queries in PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate UI/UX wireframes and product requirements into high-quality, production-ready code.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Mocha to ensure application reliability.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, perform thorough code reviews, and contribute to team architectural and tooling decisions.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications at scale.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks, specifically React.
• Proven experience designing and implementing backend services using Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and schema design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bonus: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS cloud infrastructure, or mobile development frameworks like React Native.
