We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (Node.js & React) with a strong backend focus to join our team of passionate software professionals. You will work in modern, cloud-driven environments, building scalable applications and delivering high-quality software solutions that support business growth and innovation.

Your Role

You will design, develop, and maintain modern web applications with a primary focus on backend services and APIs built with Node.js, while also contributing to frontend development using React. Your work will support critical business processes, user experiences, and digital products.

Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with product owners, designers, architects, and fellow developers to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js
• Build and enhance web applications using React and modern frontend technologies
• Design and optimize database structures, queries, and data access layers
• Develop scalable and secure microservices and backend architectures
• Integrate internal and external systems through APIs and third-party services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions
• Monitor application performance and contribute to optimization and troubleshooting efforts
• Support continuous improvement of development processes, automation, and engineering standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Fullstack Developer, Backend Developer, or similar software engineering role
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development
• Experience building frontend applications with React
• Strong understanding of API design, REST principles, and backend architecture
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.)
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows
• Understanding of software design patterns, testing practices, and application security principles
• Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
