2. About the Opportunity:

The Software Development Engineer role is responsible for designing and developing software applications and platforms that support the organization''s digital strategies. This position plays a key role in enhancing software functionality, reliability, and performance to support healthcare-related activities and improve user experiences.

3. Responsibilities:

• Analyze user needs to develop software solutions meeting business requirements

• Design feasible solutions and prepare technical documentation

• Upgrade existing software to enhance functionality and performance

• Write and review high-quality code

• Perform unit and automation testing

• Develop and deploy application components and support testing and bug fixes

• Participate in AGILE Scrum meetings and CI/CD processes

• Support applications, systems, and databases related to prescriptions, claims, and healthcare activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development, requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and best practices

4. Requirements:

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

• Two years of experience in the role or related occupation

• Two years of experience with Azure Cloud Technologies

• Two years of experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps

• Two years of experience with Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles

• Two years of experience with REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs

• Two years of experience with JIRA, Rally, or Confluence

• Two years of experience with .Net, Java, Python, Hive, Cassandra, Pig, MySQL, or NoSQL

• Two years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $109,512.00 to $129,780.00 per year

• Eligible for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs

• Eligible for equity award program
