Salary: $150K - $220K

On-site Work Policy: 5 days in-office in South Park, San Francisco

Location: San Francisco

What Will You Be Doing?
Develop and refine autonomous digital workers that automate insurance workflows end-to-end.
Ideate, design, implement, and ship new features across the stack—from frontend user interfaces, to backend APIs and services, to critical infrastructure.
Collaborate directly with customers to design and deliver solutions tailored to their business processes.
Strengthen our core systems, including AI and compute infrastructure, asynchronous processing, observability, and operations.
Partner with the go-to-market team to break down customer requirements, prioritize and build product roadmaps, and deliver impactful solutions.

Role Requirements
Seniority
Required: 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering

Work Experience
Must have:
Demonstrated 'spike' of excellence (e.g., top-tier company like Stripe, strong GitHub, founder experience).
Nice to have:
Experience at a high-growth, early-stage AI, B2B SaaS, or FinTech startup.

Education
Nice to have:
Degree from a top 20 Computer Science program.

Hard Skills
Required:
Demonstrated ownership: shipped end-to-end features, side projects, or meaningful open-source contributions
Full-stack capable: experience with both frontend and backend (50/50 to 70/30 backend split)
AI proficiency required: experience with AI concepts, APIs, workflows, and tooling

Nice to have:
Platform/infrastructure experience: async processing, observability, compute infrastructure, or performance optimization
