We are looking for a highly skilled and product-driven Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications from the ground up. You will bridge the gap between seamless user experiences and robust backend architecture, taking ownership of features across the entire software development lifecycle.

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across both the frontend and backend.
• Frontend Engineering: Develop highly responsive and interactive user interfaces using React and TypeScript, ensuring excellent UX and cross-browser compatibility.
• Backend Architecture: Build and scale RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI and Python.
• Database Management: Design database schemas, write efficient queries, and manage data models using PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy.
• Performance Optimization: Implement caching strategies and background task processing using Redis to ensure optimal application performance and low latency.
• DevOps & Deployment: Utilize Docker and Docker Compose to containerize applications, ensuring consistent environments from local development through to production.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews. Use GitHub for version control, Jira for issue tracking, and Confluence for technical documentation.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
• Frontend Mastery: Deep understanding of React.js (including Hooks and state management) and strictly typed JavaScript using TypeScript.
• Backend Proficiency: Strong Python programming skills with hands-on experience building asynchronous APIs using FastAPI.
• Data Layer: Solid understanding of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, and experience working with the SQLAlchemy ORM.
• Caching/Messaging: Practical experience implementing Redis for caching or message brokering.
• Infrastructure: Proficiency with Docker and Docker Compose for local development and containerized deployments.
• Workflow & Tools: Strong Git fundamentals (GitHub) and experience working within Agile methodologies using Jira and Confluence.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Understanding of modern frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and backend testing (Pytest).
