Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications that support Ngern Tun Jai Leasing’s core business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and integrating back-end services, optimizing application performance, and ensuring system reliability and security. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, as well as troubleshooting issues and improving existing systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok, requiring close coordination with local team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development for web-based applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Experience with Back-End Web Development, using one or more modern server-side languages and frameworks.
• Understanding of databases, APIs, version control systems (e.g., Git), and RESTful or GraphQL services.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with familiarity in unit and integration testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in financial services or related industries, and knowledge of security and compliance best practices, is an advantage.
