Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Web Full Stack Developer with expertise in Django for backend development and Flowbite (Tailwind CSS + UI components) for frontend development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications with a focus on performance, security, and a great user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Django.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Develop responsive, modern UI components using Flowbite and Tailwind CSS.
• Work on database design, optimization, and management (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Ensure authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, Django Authentication).
• Optimize applications for SEO, performance, and accessibility.
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets, Redis, or Celery.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker, AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong experience in Django (Django REST Framework, ORM, Django Admin).
• Proficiency in frontend development using Flowbite (Tailwind CSS UI components).
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Alpine.js, HTMX, Vue.js, or React).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
• Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and TDD.
