Role Description The Fullstack Developer will work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end web applications that support OnexWay’s supply chain solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end APIs, integrating third-party services, and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver user-focused features. The role involves writing clean, testable code, performing code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring application performance, security, and scalability. The developer will participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to technical documentation, and continuously improve the technology stack and development practices.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience working across the entire web application lifecycle.
• Solid skills in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building responsive, accessible user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, such as building RESTful APIs, working with databases, and implementing secure, scalable server-side logic.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in English (and Vietnamese is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B platforms is an advantage, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.
