.NET Full Stack Developer – Microservices

LTM Australia is looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer – Microservices to join our growing Digital Engineering team.

You’ll work on enterprise-scale applications, building modern, scalable and cloud-ready solutions using .NET, Microservices and modern front-end technologies.

This is an opportunity to work with leading Australian organisations on complex digital transformation programs, collaborating with architects, engineers, business stakeholders and delivery teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Design, develop, test and maintain enterprise web applications using C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+
• Design and develop scalable Microservices-based architectures
• Build, consume and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular and/or React
• Implement secure authentication and authorisation using OAuth 2.0, JWT, Azure AD or Identity Server
• Design, develop and optimise database solutions using SQL Server, PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL
• Apply software engineering best practices including clean code, design patterns, code reviews and automated testing
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimise performance, scalability and reliability
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA and DevOps teams
• Contribute to technical design, documentation and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+
• Strong experience developing RESTful Web APIs
• Proven experience designing and developing Microservices
• Strong JavaScript, HTML and modern front-end development skills
• Experience with Angular and/or React
• Solid experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably SQL Server
• Experience integrating enterprise applications and third-party services
• Understanding of modern application architecture, design patterns and software engineering principles
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable skills

• Experience with Azure and cloud-native application development
• Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Azure DevOps or GitHub
• NoSQL databases
• Event-driven architecture and messaging technologies
• Automated unit and integration testing
• Experience working within large enterprise environments
