About the Role

Proe AI is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. Working closely with our CTO Alex Morton, you'll play a hands-on role in building and scaling the Proe platform the AI-powered CRM built for real estate agents across Australia.

This is a high-impact role at an early-stage company where your work will be seen and felt immediately.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain features across the full stack - from responsive front-end interfaces to robust back-end APIs
• Collaborate directly with the CTO to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to architecture decisions
• Help shape engineering standards and best practices as the team grows

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack engineer with a backend-leaning mindset
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
• Experience building or integrating AI systems
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Genuine interest in AI and PropTech
