Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Fullstack Developer Fresher to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who have a solid foundation in Front-end and Back-end development. You will build modern web applications using ReactJS for the Front-end and Node.js or Java for the Back-end while adopting AI-assisted development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web applications using ReactJS.
• Build and maintain Back-end services using Node.js or Java.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and developers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Debug and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum development.
• Use AI tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, documentation, and learning.
• Continuously learn modern technologies and engineering best practices.

Your Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering,
• or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Responsive Web Design.
• Basic experience with ReactJS.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Java (Spring Boot).
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflow.

AI & Soft Skills

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
• Able to evaluate AI-generated code critically.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable.

Nice to Have

• TypeScript
• Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
