Role Description The Experienced Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems that support EgoTECHworld’s technology products and services. This full-time remote role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implement features, resolve technical issues, and improve performance and reliability. The developer will review code, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code; integrating APIs and third-party services; documenting technical solutions; and participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and object-oriented or functional programming principles.
• Experience with web or application frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, .NET, Spring) and front-end or back-end development.
• Knowledge of databases and data storage technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, ORM tools) and experience writing efficient queries.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices (e.g., AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker or Kubernetes).
• Understanding of software testing methodologies (unit, integration, automated testing) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues in production and development environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and contribute to agile teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in a mid-level or senior developer role is highly beneficial.
