OVERVIEW


We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform (including Power Automation and Power Apps) to build and enhance business-critical applications. This role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions, strong problem-solving, and effective collaboration within a cross-functional Agile team.


Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Implementation:

  • Design, develop, and configure solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and Dataverse
  • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to support business processes
  • Develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform deployments
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices


Quality & Troubleshooting:

  • Deliver high-quality, well-tested, and reliable code and configurations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Dynamics, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Participate in debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
  • Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT


Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the Tech Lead and Solution Architect to implement technical designs
  • Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager to understand and refine business requirements
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues


Engineering Practices:

  • Follow established coding standards, development guidelines, and governance practices
  • Use Git (or similar tools) for source control and version management of:
  • Web resources
  • Dataverse tables and forms
  • Environment variables
  • Power Automate flows
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse
  • Power Automate
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Take the on-call duty, including but not limited to, during nights and weekends to support Broad Arrow Auctions


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of Azure services and integrations
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
