👨 🎓 About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js and Node.js to design, develop and maintain modern web applications in an Agile environment, ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, maintainability, and security.

Skills & Competencies:

• 3+ years of software development experience;
• English: C1 (mandatory);
• Strong hands-on experience with:

• React.js;

• TypeScript / JavaScript;

• Node.js (Express.js or NestJS);

• REST APIs;

• SQL and/or NoSQL databases;

• Git, code reviews, and CI/CD practices;

• Experience writing clean, testable and maintainable code;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies;
• GenAI Requirements Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as:

• GitHub Copilot;

• Claude Code;

• Cursor AI;

• Microsoft Copilot;

• Similar GenAI coding assistants Candidates should be able to leverage GenAI tools for code generation, testing, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and productivity improvement while maintaining high code quality standards.

Nice to Have:

• AWS or Azure;
• Docker and Kubernetes;
• Microservices architecture;
• DevSecOps practices.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills;

• Good communication and collaboration abilities;

• Proactive and continuous learning mindset Minimum.

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross annual salary: €25,000 - €30,000, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
