We're CodeCabin. We build custom software that real businesses actually depend on (field service platforms, ERPs, internal tools, the lot), and we're looking for a Software Engineer who's genuinely good at the craft and up for the ride.

We're small, fast, and a little bit relentless. The work is varied, the problems are real, and no two weeks look the same. What you'll actually do

• Architect, build, and ship features across our client platforms, front to back
• Untangle legacy systems and make them fast, stable, and pleasant to work in
• Bake AI into the products we build (and into how we work). We're not waiting for permission on this one
• Talk to clients, understand the real problem behind the request, and solve it
• Make calls on architecture, tooling, and trade-offs, and own the outcome
• Help raise the bar for the whole team as we grow

You'll fit right in if you...

• Have solid commercial experience as a software engineer (you've shipped real things people use)
• Have strong experience with modern web development using frameworks like React or Vue
• Have a strong grasp of SQL/NoSQL data design and feel right at home with BaaS environments like Supabase and Firebase
• Are already across AI experimenting with it, using it daily, and thinking about where it's heading
• Have hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Are genuinely curious and treat "I don't know that yet" as a starting line, not a stop sign
• Thrive when priorities shift. Our world moves quickly and we like it that way
• Can communicate like a human, with teammates and with clients
• Take ownership without needing to be managed
